The Kentucky State Fair provides entertaining and fun nights for everyone, including those who don’t want to bust open the piggy bank. This year’s Turf Concert Series concerts are ones you definitely don’t want to miss. Not only are they FREE with paid admission to the fair, but they are filled with fun and exciting artists. With 11 nights and 21 bands that have all their own styles, this is one year you won’t want to leave the turf. All of these concerts will start at 8 p.m. with the exception of Sunday, Aug. 28 which will start at 4 p.m., and seating will be first come first served basis. So be sure to get there early to get the seats you want for your whole family.

Tuesday Aug. 23 – The Happy Together Tour 2016 featuring The Turtles Flo & Eddie, Chuck Negron formerly of Three Dog Night, Mark Lindsay formerly of Paul Revere & The Raiders, Gary Puckett & The Union Gap, The Cowsills and The Spencer Davis Group.
Wednesday Aug. 24 – Chris Janson with special Brooke Eden
Thursday Aug. 25 – Blood, Sweat & Tears with Bo Bice, with special guest Stephen Bishop
Friday Aug. 26 – American Authors with special guests Public the Band
